In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "phgold," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phgold platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services accessible at phgold.vip.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the phgold platform or accesses phgold services.
• "Platform" means the phgold website, mobile interface, gaming lobby, payment system, and all associated services accessible at phgold.vip.
• "Account" means the individual player account created through the phgold registration process.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using verified real-money funds in a Player's phgold account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the turnover condition that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

By accessing or using the phgold Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
2. You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
3. You understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss;
4. You accept phgold's right to amend these Terms with reasonable notice, as set out in Section 14 (Amendments).

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to phgold is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. phgold strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the source payment method in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The phgold Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own legal risk. phgold reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active phgold account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or household device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. phgold employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, phgold may:

• Permanently close all duplicate accounts;
• Void all wagers placed across associated accounts;
• Forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds;
• Recover any withdrawn funds obtained through prohibited duplicate account activity.

3.4 Registration Information

All information provided during phgold account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. phgold relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms. phgold may request supporting documentation at any time to verify registration details, and failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

As a registered phgold account holder, you agree to:

• Keep your phgold login credentials — username, password, and two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential;
• Notify phgold support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
• Not permit any other person to access or use your phgold account, including family members;
• Not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not expressly authorised by phgold to interact with the Platform;
• Keep your registered email address, mobile number, and payment method details current and accurate;
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws in connection with your use of the Platform.

phgold will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your phgold account.

5.1 Deposits

phgold accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, InstaPay, and PESONet. Minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits are in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion fee applied.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion. phgold reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are detected.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phgold operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act). phgold will report suspicious transactions as required by law. Players must not use the phgold Platform for any money laundering activity. phgold may freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report to appropriate authorities where AML concerns arise.

phgold offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all phgold promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other categories may contribute at varying percentages. The contribution rate for each category is listed on the applicable promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice or compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless expressly stated, each promotion is limited to one participation per Player, household, device, and payment method.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Such limits are stated on the applicable promotion.
• phgold's Discretion: phgold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts.

All non-live casino games offered on the phgold Platform — including slots, keno, bingo, and fishing arcade games — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated by phgold or the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers whose operations are subject to their own regulatory certifications. phgold does not control or modify the outcome of live dealer games in any way.

Return to Player (RTP) figures are published for all RNG-certified games within the phgold lobby. These figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome in a single session or within any finite number of rounds.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any affected wager returned to the Player's account. phgold's determination of technical malfunctions is final, subject to a formal dispute process described in the phgold FAQ.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phgold Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Registering or operating more than one phgold account;
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw;
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to interact with Platform games or services;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt phgold's technical infrastructure;
• Circumventing a self-exclusion or account restriction by creating a new account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward phgold staff or other players.

phgold is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The phgold Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from Account Settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications at intervals you set (e.g., every 30 minutes or 1 hour).
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, login is blocked and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phgold account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

phgold reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine authorities;
• Where maintaining the account poses a legal or reputational risk to phgold.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phgold account may do so by contacting phgold support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the phgold Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of phgold or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any phgold content without express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of phgold intellectual property is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgold's total liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phgold shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications outages, or government actions;
• Failures of third-party payment providers including GCash or PayMaya;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security as required by Section 4.

Nothing in these Terms limits phgold's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by phgold's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phgold collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phgold.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes;
• phgold does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data may be shared with regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law, including PAGCOR and AMLC;
• Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

phgold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal terms, or game rules — phgold will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to registered account holders and by posting a notice on the phgold Platform. Minor corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes may be made at any time without notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phgold.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phgold Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes with phgold's customer support team in the first instance. phgold commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days. Where a complaint relates to the fairness of a game outcome, phgold may refer the matter to the applicable game provider's certified testing body for independent review.
